Not always. Hair vitamins can differ from product to product in composition and dosage. At Hairfluencer there are both separate formulas for women and men and products intended for both.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. You will find it, for example, in Xpecia and in the Evocapil Plus vitamins, which makes it easy to add to your daily routine.

Procapil is a cosmetic complex of apigenin, oleanolic acid and biotinoyl tripeptide-1. At Hairfluencer, Procapil is contained in several scalp sprays.

Ideally a mild shampoo that gently cleanses hair and scalp, for example our Evocapil shampoo with panthenol and biotin or Sawpoo with saw palmetto extract and biotin. Both fit well into a routine with a scalp spray.

Go for a steady routine: scalp care from the outside, for example with the Hairforte spray, and nutrients from the inside such as biotin and zinc, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Stick with it for a few months, hair grows slowly.
