Shipping & payment

We ship with DHL. Delivery within Germany is always free, with no minimum order value.

How your parcel gets to you

• Items in stock usually reach you within 1–2 working days inside Germany.
• DHL delivers Monday to Saturday.
• Not at home? DHL leaves a notification, so you can redirect the parcel or have it delivered again.
• Every shipment is insured against loss and damage in transit.

International shipping

We also ship abroad, at a flat rate of €4.99 per order. Delivery time depends on the destination country. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable in the destination country.
