The Hairfluencer PostOp Set consists of a cleansing gel (150 ml) and a cleansing foam (100 ml), developed specifically for scalp care in the first days after a hair transplant (FUE, FUT or DHI).

After the procedure, your scalp needs particularly gentle care: the gel gently softens crusts and scabbing in the transplanted and donor areas, and the foam then helps to remove them carefully – without putting pressure on the newly transplanted follicles.

Ingredients & effect

PostOp Gel contains, among others:

• Panthenol (Provitamin B5) – moisturising; cares for and helps calm a stressed scalp.
• Allantoin – valued for its skin-soothing properties, widely used in products for sensitive skin.
• Glycerin – binds moisture and helps the skin feel supple.
• Saccharide Isomerate – a moisturising care ingredient.
• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) – an antioxidant care ingredient.
• Chlorhexidine Digluconate – included at a low, cosmetically permitted concentration and supports the gel's cleansing function.

PostOp Foam contains, among others:

• Mild cleansing surfactants (including Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate) – cleanse gently, with a formulation as mild as a baby shampoo.
• Chamomile extract (Chamomilla Recutita) – valued for its skin-soothing properties.
• Panthenol and biotin – classic care ingredients in hair and scalp products.

How to use

1. After your hair transplant, wait for the period recommended by your clinic (the manufacturer generally advises 48–72 hours) before cleansing the area.
2. Apply PostOp Gel in a 2–3 mm layer to the scalp to be cleansed (transplant and donor areas) – without applying pressure.
3. Leave the gel to work for 10–15 minutes, so crusts and scabbing can soften.
4. Rinse the gel off thoroughly with lukewarm water before it dries.
5. Then apply PostOp Foam and massage in gently to loosen the softened crusts.
6. Rinse the foam off thoroughly after 3–4 minutes.
7. Repeat up to twice a day, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
